The CD Beer Dispenser is the perfect gadget to have in a bachelor’s pad, since it can be installed in most kitchen cupboards or even under the sink if you don’t want your friends to know about this beauty of a home appliance. Standing 60cm tall, you will be able to pour a frothy one for yourself while enjoying the soft blue LED glow emanating from it. Each £1,155 purchase comes with a CO² cylinder, a keg adaptor, temperature gauge and pressure gauge.

Once upon a time we wrote a really popular article comparing the differences between the 2 satellite radio services, XM and Sirius. That article will now go the way of the dinosaurs as the Justice Department has approved the purchase of XM Satellite by Sirius Satellite Radio.
What consumers may end up with is a bunch of a la carte service options. The next set of reviews will probably revolve around that unless a newcomer to the industry pops up.

If you are a big fan of breakfast-on-the-go like I am, you probably spend way too much at your local fast food chain each week. So when I see a kitchen gadget that cooks two-thirds of one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches in one shot, of course I want to know more.
Let me introduce the Back to Basics TEM4500 Egg & Muffin Toaster. This toaster has the ability to toast 4 slices of English Muffin and cook two eggs in a matter of just 4 minutes. Now just cook up some ham, sausage or bacon in your microwave while waiting on the muffins and you’ve got a home-made breakfast sandwich as good as the guys down the street. The TEM4500 can be currently found for around $60 dollars at Amazon.
Cooking for one? No problem. There is the TEM500 model that can cook 2 slices of muffin and one egg for about the same time and half the price as the 4500. Just don’t tell the fast food chains that I showed you how to bypass them at breakfast.

The Easter Bunny has already passed his baton to Santa, so this Egg-shaped mp3 player is a classic case of being a little, too late. I’m sure you’re very tired of all the egg puns, but do bear with me. Nothing to be egg-cited about here other than its rather unusual design, featuring 1GB of internal memory, a wireless FM transmitter and an integrated speaker. You won’t find any playback controls on its body, as those have already been included in a matching remote control. For $46.87 a pop, I’d rather settle for the more elegant ipod Shuffle instead.

You can’t really be too safe these days, considering the amount of people who roam our streets. The MeshSafe B200 backpack is perfect for those who tend to make their way through crowds on a daily basis, as it offers a whole lot of protection for its contents. You get a tamperproof eXomesh material which is extremely durable, while the B200 has a snatchproof shoulder strap which lets you anchor the bag to a secure fixture (and not your arm), and tamperproof zippers to keep your belongings safe. Steel wire and copper bead apparatus helps keep the bag secure at the top section, augmented by a lock fixture. The MeshSafe B200 isn’t easy on the pockets though, retailing for $120.

Korea will be the recipients of the Ripple Tablet Note T8300 from Pixel Lab Korea, and it is powered by Intel’s Penryn T8300 2.4GHz processor while featuring the following specifications.
- Enhanced touch panel that supports stylus and finger use
- Optional 3.5G HSDPA wireless connectivity

Sounds like a decent enough workhorse machine that shouldn’t burden your pocket too much, and you can give it a miss if entertainment’s at the top of your list.

SentrySafe’s new hard drive is all but your normal USB hard drive which you can directly connect into a PC or laptop’s USB port to get some data storing goodness. It enables users to back up critical data in case of systems crash, computer failure and here’s the clincher, fire and water related disasters.
SentrySafe’s new hard drive is the world’s first and currently only fire resistant and water proof hard drive. It is actually a Maxtor OneTouch 4 mini hard drive encased in SentrySafe enclosure. That means the data in the hard drive is safe even it finds its way into burning house or submerged in water. But the SentrySafe hard drives protection from fire and water has some limitations though - fire protection last only for 30 minutes of up to 1,500 degrees heat and water survival last only for 24 hours. Anything beyond that, I guess you can kiss your data goodbye.
The SentrySafe is available in an 80GB or 160GB storage capacity. For $259.99 or $339.99 respectively you get a fire resistant and waterproof hard drive powered by USB 2.0 bus, USB Y-Cable, back up software, password protection and data encryption, LED power indicator light and a durable high gloss silver finish.
Wait, SentrySafe is even throwing in an exclusive After Fire and Water Data Recovery Support Program which will attempt to recover your data free of charge should your hard drives get damaged by fire and water. But did they just say that SentrySafe’s hard drive is fire resistant and waterproof?

Rumors abound that Windows Mobile 6.1 will be made available for all and sundry to upgrade their creaking operating system when April 1st rolls around, although I am highly suspicious of that date and companies making announcements then. Well, the 6.1 version is tipped to function as a stop-gap measure before Microsoft perfects and polishes Windows Mobile 7.1 in order to gain a larger market share among cell phones and smartphones. It seems as though Windows Mobile 6.1 is Vista-inspired in many of its screenshots, but I’ll wait until the official version rolls out before making any more comments.
